I was wondering if it was right that Molly Weasley was 10 years older than Arthur.

Sorry...that is a typo that is meant to be 1950. I do a lot of typos

Arthur Weasley (b. Feb. 6, circa 1950)

He was 20 when Bill was born

I think its kinda cool how we know how old they are. It makes them feel a bit more real too...though we dont really want that
