I tried. They said they never heard of me. The ID code on the little card I printed out is so small, I'm not sure whether I'm reading it right. I need to ask the kids if they can see it.

Ya, it was really small. Are making sure you capitalize the right letters?

Caps I can do if I can see it.
But is that a capital "I" or a lower-case "L"?
I tried it both ways and it still didn't work.
