I think there's a possibility that he comes back. I mean he fell behind a curtain into who knows what, that doesn't mean he died. If J.K. does let Harry live after book seven and Sirius is back in the picture then everything would be happily ever after. So I'm fully for Sirius coming back.

Even though I go by the "If you don't see a body, then its not positively dead" rule, (in other words, the, its not dead dead rule) I don't think that Sirius Black will be returning to us

Well, Harry has apparently not decided to go suicidal at least, that's obvious since after the death of Dumbledore he now has his mind set on defeating Voldemort

Sirius was not hit by the avarda kadarva [wrong spelling ?] every other time this spell is used she clearly states that the spell was green in this case she wrote P805Bottem

JKR also said on her page that the mirror that Sirius Gave Harry will have somthing to do in the next book
mabe that is how he directs harry to bring him back
