| [quote] I just thought of something, when I was reading what michelle.h wrote (and sorry if this is off topic) but Dumbledor left his pensive behind. I think. If he did it might help in learning more about voldemort. Or Snape. (But I'm not saying Dumbledor's gone, just out of the picture. For now.) And yah I also think J.K.'s going to dazzle us all with a way to tie up all the loose ends in one last book. And still be able to finish the story. But we still won't know how it is untill we read it. Speaking of which, when will the book come out? [/quote No offence but even though Dumbledor's pensieve is still of working use he would have had to leave all his thoughts inside it in order for your theiry to work. He may have left a thought or two though . However we all know Dumbledor had a collection of others thoughts in crystal bottles to help him on his theory's. He had to have keep them somewhere and why not have left some of his own in hidden bottles as well. Only I don't really think so because if there were any that could help Harry, Dumbledor would have shown him in there lessens. Dumbledor told Harry (May I hope, then, you will give this matter higher priority from now on? There will be little point in our meeting after tonight unless we have that memory.) page 429. To me it seamed like Dumbledor had shown him all that he could from the pensieve not that there wasn't more Dumbledor wished to teach Harry just no more memory's OR I could have missed something if I did I apologize |

| You're forgetting that Dumbledore has been planning this for at least a year. He has had plenty of time to think about the pensive and what to do with it. Personally, I think he took it with him. I would. If he left it behind, it would have been expressly for Harry and he would have cleared it. Like a hand-me-down computer, you would be wise to dump anything incriminating before passing it on. Better yet, maybe Harry could acquire one of his own. |
