Given that Voldemort thinks that 7 is the most magical number I'd think that the hidden mentions of 7 are quite possibly intentional. She's given enough thought to peoples' names for there not to be hidden messages in the numbers she gives us.

And then there is Tom Riddle.
His full name being <span style="color:#FF0000">"Tom Marvolo Riddle"</span>...is(as you should already know) an anagram of <span style="font-family:Arial Black">"I am Lord Voldemort"</span>

She does obviously put though into people's names.

i know that Sirius's was Vault 711. That's only 2 down from where the Philosopher's Stone was!(Vault 713)
