Filming Locations

Alnwick Castle
Exterior Hogwarts shots, used in quidditch scenes.
Durham Castle
Used as a Hogwarts classroom.

Goathland
This small village is the home to Hogsmeade station.

Bodleian Library and Christ Church
Used for the Hogwarts library and hospital wing.

Gloucester Cathedral
Used for the Hogwarts corridors and girls bathroom.

Picket Post Close
The set where Privet Drive was filmed.

Black Park
Used for the exterior shots of Hagrid's Hut and the Forbidden Forest.

Australia House
This was the set for Gringotts.

King's Cross Station
The title says it all, used in the filming of platform nine and three quarters.

London Zoo
The zoo where Harry speaks parseltongue with the snake.

Well, new things would always be happening, so it wouldn't really be boring. Besides, you would have school... So you wouldn't get to go everyday.
