The article also said that:

"Rowling’s letter was the final straw prompting Health Care Minister Josef Kubinyi to act, Kupkova said."

Wow! The power of the pen. I can't believe her letter made such a large change! You rock JK!

yeah , wow and they actually listened to her . When all she did was write a letter . Wow she is really powerful

Yeah, she is. But, they might also have gotten letters from people that ea what was going on because of JK. So that might hae helped.
