Last month we told you all about a Canadian folk group, The Wyrd Sisters, who were suing Warner Brothers and the group who will be playing the band during the Yule Ball scene in "Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire." It would now seem that they have secured a November 4th court day to apply for an injunction barring distribution of the film in Canada.
