What are personal photos and how do i get one... each time i try it says that the board admin has not given me permission for that...

This feature was disabled. However, since you asked it was enabled this morning. Go ahead and try to upload a personal photo.

SPECIAL NOTICE
This section will allow you to specify a photo to be used in your profile which is viewable by other board members.
All photos must be no larger than 100 kB.
Photos must be no bigger than 100 pixels by 100 pixels.
