Permissions for signature and avatar???

I had permissions to upload a picture for my signature and my avatar, because i did it, but now i don't have the permissions. what happened? I didn't do anything different? i just want to put my Gryffindor picture as my avatar. i like my signature the way it is. please help...

There is something funny that occurs during your first year. You don't get both. When you become a second year, they both appear again. hang in there and they'll both appear again. It happened to me too .

The more you post, the sooner it will be that they will both show up!

OK, i will keep posting. I forgot things change as you post. Its just weird that it was available but now its not. oh well, its not that big of a deal.
