Default query on web browsers

I believe that I initially used Opera (which is my preferred web browser) to access this site, but now at the top is displayed some add about Kidz bop or something and it takes forever to move anywhere in the site. Do I have to use explorer or do I need to adjust something to use opera?

Also even with IE I have a lot of trouble with the slider on this site. Is this just my computer or is it the site?

Thank you in advance for your help with any of this.

I answered this on your other thread, but I have multiple browsers so I can check my web pages on all of them. I pulled this board up on opera and it worked. It was slower than Firefox which I normally used, but it was working ok.

Thanks. I have tried opera a couple of times, but I think it is just too slow for me, unless I can figure out the settings.

Have you tried Firefox, I've found them to have very much the same feel, but Firefox is running HPChat much faster.

Well, now I reveal my low level of computer knowledge. I haven't tried Firefox because I don't know how to. I guess I get it off some website?

Here's the link. I didn't want you having to look through all the trash pages

Firefox Download - Home

This one should do the trick. If you don't like it you can take it off.
