Tonks should have a 6th year, but she's a Caretaker, so . . .

Psyduck as well, she has over 1800 but she's also a Caretaker.
For that matter, is anyone over 1200 actually a Househead 5th year? Or are they Caretakers as well? (Not that too many people have over 1200...:/)
