Help!!

I'm posting this for Psyduck.

I couldn’t do anything at all as “Psyduck.” I could log in to HP Chat, but
when I clicked on anything I got this message: "You have been banned for the
following reason: No reason was specified. Date the ban will be lifted:
Never"

I created a new e-mail account so I could start over as “Psyduck2.” HP Chat
never sent the confirmation. I tried a bunch of stuff, but it’s not
working. It just keeps saying, “You have entered an invalid username or
password…”

As “Psyduck,” I can now read posts but I can’t reply. When I try to post, it
flashes a message on the screen that’s too quick to read -- “Thank you for
posting. Your post will not be visible until it has been reviewed by a
moderator…” I’m still waiting.
Neither can I post a private message.
When I try to view a profile (even my own), it says: “You have been
banned…Never”

What can I do?

Psyduck was the only one migrated into "Caretakers" usergroup and this group was left as "banned" by accident.

This should now be corrected. Several other admins are going through the user settings because Squibs and some of the Hogwarts Students were also marked as banned.

Sorry for the mess.

Is it true? Am I unbanned?

Also, I used to set the page length at 40 posts per page. Now it only shows ten. How do I change that?

Yeah, it's often slow when I write too, although it isn't at the moment, so maybe it's not a problem anymore.

I remember it turned slow for me after the HUGE free-spirit-dragon-ride-picture-thingy came on as a background. Am I the only one seeing that picture or is it really there.

I'm also one of the banned-for-life-unbanned (had a tough time digesting that word). Funny how I'm a muggle again though. And I still can't post any new pictures in my signature.

Anyway, if that's what's causing the slow-down, I don't think it's worth it. You don't really get to see the picture for more than a second anyway. Harry Potter Pictures, Images and Graphics

I know its the deluxe edition cover art. I just like calling it the free-spirit-dragon-ride-picture-thingy, it helps me to see it clearly with my inner eye.
