Three Word Story

I didn't see any offensive posts in that topic.
Not meaning to be rude, but I think that when you closed it, you should've specified the reasons...because as of right now, it just looks like - someone-that-I-favor-complained-about-it-so-that's-that...or something.

Several people complained, and we wanted to figure out what everyone wanted to with the thread before doing anything permanent.

Complained about what, specifically? That it didn't make sense? I still don't get it.

I dont see anything wrong with the story. I haven't participated in awhile myself, but there is nothing wrong with it and i dont see any reason why it sould be closed. And what in there do people consider offensive?

I'm not sure what you meant by "fixing the header is more important anyway" but the thread should be reopened and left alone. What were the complaints exactly? And as I see it if people can't even voice their complaints about the thread in the thread itself, it obviously isn't that important to them to begin with.

I voted for Admins edit offensive posts, but to tell you the truth i can't find any, so they should explain what they consider offensive. I suggest that the people who don't like the story should start their own new thread and set rules for it, and leave this thread alone. It's true that it might not be going anywhere but it's funny to see what the next person puts. After all, the one who started the thread in the first place said the whole point of it is to be as creative and imaginative as we want.

People were complaining about

1. The arguing on page one / two.
2. The whole "Vaginia" thing.
3. The hijack-ation on page five
4. The links on page six

.. Just to name a few.

And if I may, I'd suggest either recognizing that any story that goes three words at a time will not make sense and continuing on with the story .. or starting your own story.

This is a discussion board. Arguing happens.
If someone was offended by that funny typo, they need to get a new sense of humor.
An internal thread issue that was discussed and dealt with.
What was the problem with the links? They were from another highly regulated forum that I am a part of.
Why don't you name the others?

None of this constitutes a justifiable reason to shut down a thread. Keep treating members of this board like this and you may find that you don't have any.
