i am a new member . whenever i have given a topic , i see that muggle is written under my name ? why is it so ? the others have 1st year or 2nd .

Its based of the amount of postings you do. After certain amounts you will increase to 1st year, then 2nd and so on. The more you do the faster you move up.

OMG, 25,000 posts you would have to be here for decades to get to that many.

What by some small chance anyone were to past 25,000 and become a prefect what is the next level?

the admins recently added 5 6 7 and 8 year then prefect... its nearly impossible to be a prefect now.. but y 8th year , there is no 8th book
