Who Do You Think Was Cast Right In The Movie?

Surely he had short hair for the fifth film because he'd done My Boy Jack for TV and the film The December boys both of which were set in the past - before long hair became acceptable.

I think Luna is really good casting! She is perfect!

And Mark Williams is perfect for Mr Weasley - the bloke can act, he is a great comic in Britain (series called the Fast Show) and has done loads of interesting scientific stuff for the History and diiscovery channels here!

All round he is a top bloke!

Well, she doesn't exactly look her best during the movies... I think they try to tone her down and make her still seem like just Ron's little sister so it will have a bigger impact in HBP. But I saw a close-up shot of her in a magazine and she's actually prettier than you think. Not quite Ginny potential, of course, but better than the movies.

I think that Viktor was horrible, Fleur could have been better, Umbridge was terrible, nothing like the book, Grawp was human like, nothing like a giant. The Patil twins aren't both in Gryffindor! Padma is in Ravenclaw!!! Cho is a year older! But she is great. Moody is good but too young. Flitwick changed... Trelawny is awesome. Neville is great, Luna doesn't have such blonde hair! Voldemort is great but the eyes are red! and they shouldn'tput him in a suit in movie 5.
The Weasleys, the Malfoys, the Potters, Hermione, Hagrid, Filch, McGonnagall, Snape, Lupin, Trelawny, Nearly Headless Nick, Cho, Sirius, maybe Fudge (but where's the lime green hat?), are really well casted.
Lets just hope that in the last movies they get it right!
(I can't wait to see Harry and Ginny together!!!)

I think that the casting department at warner have done an amazing job in casting everyone. when i read the books now i picture all of them.
the only one who is slightly different from the book is fudge. he wears alot of lime green in the books, but not in the film.

Ithink they did a great job casting most of them, i love McGonnagall! and the original dumbledore better...i think Voldemort looks weird (i know he is supposed to be) but to me it doesn't seem right...and i didn't picture lupin and Moody like that...but maybe it's just me...

I imagined Lupin differently, and Sirius, and although Moody did look awesome, I imagined him different as well.

Moody doesn't feel right, altough I love Brendan Gleeson since BraveHeart... And the second Dumbledore (Sir Michael Gambon) is really violent! In the books he is portrayed as a calm, serene and funny headmaster, like in GoF when he is explaining that it's going to be a Tri Wizard Tournament in Hogwarts and one of the Weasley twins says "You're joking" and he starts telling a joke until McGonagall stops him. He never shouts at the students and in the films he is extremelly violent. He pushes Harry and screams at him after his name comes from the Goblet in the movie, I hated that...
