Therinian: Nice!! Dumb didn't disapperate though 'cause you can't. He grabbed Fawkes' tail and disappeared but, you are right, how? Just another of Fawkes' amazing talents I suppose. Maybe he had to fly Harry, Ron, Ginny and Lockhart up 'cause there were too many of them to 'pop' back anywhere. He can 'pop' about where ever he likes with one passanger. This could be handy later if our Harry needs some prompt rescuing.

I don't know about Dumb being the HBP though 'cause he just doesn't fit the description. His hair is always described as silver-white not ginger.
