Firstly Luna is waaaaaaaaaaayyyy too loopy even though she's nice if it weren't for her freaky personality i'd say harry&luna all the way Secondly there are just way too many complications in dating your best mates sister so if Harry got involved with ginny, he risks losing his best friend My bet is that Harry will either end up with Hermione or a character that we haven't met yet!
