Mark Evans is a joke and is a thorn in Jo's side. In the OotP, Dudders' gang are out beating people up and one of their victims is a Mark Evans. WELL, the chat rooms went wild!!! : 'Evans was Lily and Peti's maiden name!! Who was this Mark Evans? Was he some relative? Harry has a cousin???!!' All this kinda rubbish got posted all over the world Jo had enough!! She came on her official site and said that Mark Evans was a big mistake of a name and "Mark Evans is a nobody!" Thus, Mark Evans the user name of one of the administrators on this site, is a V.V. funny name!!! Get the joke?

Here's another clanger for you: Jo's also mentioned that there will be another character in HBP called McClannon. She's said that she just liked the name but I and many others on this site have jumped on that one!!
