I'm positive its Snape for two reasons.
1.* He's going to be the new defence against the dark arts teacher since he wanted the position since the very beginning and considering that its jinxed he's got to die.
2.* Voldemort doesn't like disobdience with his followers he'll want to teach snape a lesson for leaving his death eater gang.* And he's a character who's closely linked to harry and then too sirius died because he purposely pretended to not know what harry was telling him about sirius when that ministry woman was present so he's got to pay for that.
Others will die too but snape being a more important character is the main person to go just like in book 5 sirius died |

Interesting about red= expelliramus and impedimaenta etc and red= avada. Colour me stupid but I'd never put the magical colour coding together before. Thankyou. Does red show all the 'unforgiveables' or does it represent the passion of the person giving the curse? For eg., when Harry did that feeble avada on Bellatrix Lestrange after Sirius was killed was the colour red or pink or green or .... ???

voldemort666, you should have a look around this site a little. There are topics where we have thrown in our 2cents in on the knid of questions you are asking and I think you are asking. Like who is the HBP, who will die and even is Sirius still 'alive' and, the most convincing and important argument of all, that Krumm is WAAAYYYYyyyyyyy cuter than Ron or Harry or... well anyone really!!!!!!! :P
As I've stated on other boards, I think Lupin and/ or Dumbledor will die and I've got even money on Snape in the 7th (either he dies or becomes Harry's guardian - the whole redemption thing's gotta blow sooner or later).
