Cloak or wand, but I'm not sure which. Of course one is supposed to pick the Cloak, and while winning a fight doesn't really have any particular appeal, winning itself is another thing entirely. I do hate failure.
As far as doing things with the Cloak, as Dumbeldore says, its real "worth" is that one can protect and hide those who cannot do many things for themselves. But as far as doing things- there is very little that the Cloak could do that the Wand could not also do given a good enough witch or wizard.
