I cant remember what they were saying for first time...but Hermione said something to Ron and he replied "
Always the element of suprise!"
Then, later on...at Bill and Fleur's Wedding, Hermione walks in and Ron replies "You look great!" and she replies "
Always the element of suprise!"
(though she was smiling when she said it)
