you hit the nail right on the head although arrogance has nothing to do with it its a fact that as a girl i am extremely attracted to bad boys with hot british accents and who better to fufill all my fantasies than Lucius Malfoy and as for Severus Snape well what can i say i have a thing for tall dark and brooding
