Actually it was Harry that the pudding dropped in. In the MOVIE the pudding was dropped on Mrs. Mason but in the book it was splattered on Harry. (CoS pg 20 US paperback edition)
And there was one hand on the Weasley's clock. (CoS pg 34 US paperback edition).
