I don't know of a way to remove yourself from the club. The only thing I can think of is to stop receiving e-mail from here and just let your membership go dormant.

Click "Edit Options" and go to the "Messaging and Notification" section. For the Subscription mode, you can chose to allow e-mail notification or "do not subscribe."
