There were parts that didn't seem appropriate.
(1) Dumbledore's character was very insensitive to slap Ron's hurt leg. It was just too mean.
(2) The "animation" for the dementors stunk. We are in the age of the matrix movies and yet we have to get a person with a black sheet over their heads ... :P
(3) Harry Potter's scar moved ALL over his forehead. The size also changed.
(4) Hermoine's character was too butch. Punching anyone for any reason is not something cute. It's not funny and quite frankly that scene was a big disappointment because they didn't explain that she was jumping from time to time to make her studies and was tense about her choices.
Well, there is more but that is enough for now.
There were also parts that I enjoyed.
(1) Harry and the Hippogriff flying over the lake was spectacular.

I totally agree with you the choir instead of the sorting and dumbledor is not like that they should get a new director
