Hey Sara I like you a lot but I like Snape too. The part in my siggy that says 'Snape is the bravest member of the Order of the Phoenix' has been there since before the last book came out. So I don't think I could hate the guy forever, though I do think he was a major wimp where Lily was concerned. He never let her know how he really felt about her and he kept mixing with the crowd that she didn't like so much, that's not the way your supposed to get a girl to like you. In the end his actions also led to her death. He tried to make up for it by protecting Harry. He was a loser with a big 'L'.

Without him Harry might not have been in the position that we found him in - without a family and hounded by a dark wizard. But without him, Harry would certainly not have come on top the way he did. The guy did sacrifice a lot to do what he did for the kid with Lily's eyes.

So, what if I hate him just a little bit.. would that count.
