Usually, there's a bit on the top righthand corner of each HPC page that tells me if I have any new owls and how full my owl boxes are. I can't see that section anymore. When I went to 'my options' I was able to get to my inbox and outbox but I also got the message that my owl boxes were full and that I have a total of 0 mails allowed. I am supposed to have a total of 50 mails allowed. I currently have 48 messages there, so it should say that my boxes are 96% full.

I cannot send or receive PMs. This happened a while ago and to a bunch of us.. when I was in the third year at HPC. Winky (moderator) helped me out then and said that something was wrong with the third year owls.

Can someone help please.
