I love my -okay, overly long- hair, which is my greatest vice as far as vanity, so I'd rather play basketball for 3 hours. It's not as though I can actually PLAY basketball, so I'm not sure if it would truly make a difference, even though I would be dead tired. What is worse: Having to read an extremely boring, long / badly written book, or read a somewhat decent difficult one and take notes on it? (Because As I Lay Dying is driving me crazy, but I'm not even sure which category I would put it in. I know Faulkner is an outstanding writer, but reading this stream of consciousness from these people with dementia or something is just MADDENING. Sorry, rant over. '' ) |
