Hermione's smart. How can you honestly expect her to not be prepared. That's a total zero on the lucky scale.

died, it's 30 days since his will was recovered.
Kingsley sent the Patronus just in time because 1.He works at the Ministry, 2. He's a high-ranking Auror, &3. Everything happened so fast he didn't have anymore time.
Kreacher was Harry's servant. He had to listen to him, and Hermione remembered that he might have nicked the locket. I don't think that was
luck at all.
But I must agree on the last one. That was very lucky. (But not the Muffliato part.) Hey, what's a good book without a little luck?
