navigating takes a little while to get used to.
your internet browser should have a 'back' button which should help a little.
If you click on 'Harry Potter Chat' below. it will show you however many areas you have access to. you can see the string at the top of your screen above the chat box (at the top of the page)

Harry Potter Chat > The Wizarding World > Diagon Alley > Hogwarts Express

You can see that you need to go to Harry Potter chat, then click on Wizarding World, then Diagon Alley and THEN choose Hogwarts Express to get to the bit where we first introduce ourselves.

I imagine it is a little like Hogwarts in a way. a bit mystifying for the new... but once you get used to it - it's pretty cool.
