I always read "accio" as "AH-see-oh" and "Voldemort" as "VOLE-de-more," which is the way this Scholastic site pronounces them.
In the beginning, Jim Dale (U.S. audio version) pronounced "Voldemort" with a silent "T." Then, after the movies came out, he changed it and started saying it with the "T."
I didn't / don't care. It works better with the silent "T."
And now, this Scholastic site says it with the silent "T."

It's all very confusing. I don't think we're going to find a final authority. I think it's best to just pick the one you like and forget what other people say.
