Flitwick was a duelling champion, I think he would be a very tough opponent that could definitely beat Karkaroff and Sprout.
I think Snape would be able to beat Slughorn, at least at their current ages. A younger Slughorn, possibly not. Snape would also have a bigger advantage if it was, for some reason, a duel to the death.
