Seamus Finnegan, Harry's classmate. He was most noticeable in Chamber of Secrets movie. His lines were, "Look everyone! Ron's got a howler." And in Gilderoy Lockhart's class, Seamus was the boy who laughed at the Yorkshire Pixies.
