Okay, I'd never say I coudn't stand him in any of the books. Although your right, it was definitely the worst in HP5. But I don't think it'd be quite the same book if he didn't get mad at the ministry, I just thought the way he got mad at Ron and Hermione was really annoying. And how tactless he was with Cho. Although I do think she cried way to much. And I think the accusation of "All he did was whine" was very rude.
