I think Narnia was floating away and then the movie revived it (I find them quite a bland read to be honest). LOTR has clearly withstood the literary test of time. I just wonder if HP, without all the fan hype, will do the same. What I'm trying to say is that LOTR has been analyzed and acclaimed by literary critics. HP achievements seems to be more fan based versus literary. (Don't panic! I'm not saying they're not good!)
I simply restate that time will tell...
