Re: What is your favourite quote? From SS, I love (one of the few moments) when Ron says, "Are you a witch or not!?" to Hermione while they are stuck in the Devil's Snare. Er... that's probably not word for word as I don't have the book at the moment, but I'm sure many of you know what I'm referring to. Severus' introductory lecture, the one about being able to "ensnare the senses", "bottle fame", "brew glory", and "stopper death". It was so utterly, completely Severus. Intimidating and poetic. "Alas, ear wax." Dumbledore. His "I'd like to say a few words..." which ended up being something oddment. Four completely random words, at least. I can't think of anything off the top of my head from 2-6, although there are surely very many. From DH, Hermione, about to drink Polyjuice: "Ooh, you look much tastier than Crabbe and Goyle, Harry,". (as it turned bright gold as opposed to puke colored.) My signature, of course, which may just be my favortie quote. I'll have to reread the series before deciding. |
