(Note -- Sirius wasn't part of that trade. I got the feeling -- even before the fourth book -- that he was created and made so lovable just so she could rub him out.)

Ok, so what have we got?

1. Letting Snape die without recognition, and making us read to the end to find out.
2. Trading Arthur Weasley for Lupin and Tonks.

3. Glorifying suicide in a children's book.

4. Screwing up the horcrux theory. (It made sense in HBP. But the end of DH was convoluted, self-contradictory and silly.)
5.Harry didn't get a single parent figure that survived.
6.Teddy, as well, raised as an orphan.
7.Fred's death (seperating twins)
8.No one except Dobby had a decently written death scene.
9.Winky was completely ignored through Deathly Hallows.
10.The epilogue, topped with "All was well."

What else?
