I really, really do not think that Sirius, Remus, and Tonks are considered a fair trade for Mr. Weasley, not that even JK should barter lives like that. Especially when both Sirius and Remus went through so much in their lifetimes. Ron's always complaining about how big his family is, why shouldn't Harry get a single parent figure that survives? Teddy, as well, raised as an orphan.
Fred's death, because seperating twins is just downright cruel.
The fact that no one except possibly Dobby had a decently written death scene.
The fact that that entire generation died. Not a single one we knew by name, not even Wormtail, survived. James, Lily, Sirius, Pettigrew, Severus/Remus, because we don't even know who died first.
Winky, who was completely ignored as a character and not mentioned a single time in all of Deathly Hallows.
Severus, who doesn't even get a portrait as Headmaster until much later. Is puroposefully left out of that chapter while Dumbledore, even after everything, is still the mentor and grandfatherly figure.
The epilogue, simply because her loyal fans deserved something better written than "All was well." as an ending to series we held so close.
