He wasn't so... defined. He was much complex than that. He DID carry a lot of darkness, but at the same time he sacrificed so much for the light. It wasn't about really disliking Harry or not, which he probably did- it's that either way he did so much to make sure Harry survived and won. He repaid his debt to Albus, who used him, asked horrific things of him, and he still followed his orders, knowing, probably, he was being manipulated. |
