Psyduck- same with me, more I think about it, the more disappointed I feel!
I loved the 7th book - even tho' I suspected Snape was helping keep Harry alive - I still wasn't sure. The chapter when Harry saw Snape's memories was powerful to me, as I knew Snape chose Harry to see something he had always hid from him before. He could have just shared the memory that DD told him to share, the info he needed to face V.
Anyway, I had never really read any theories or visited any HP sites until I finished this last book, and so the book felt "fresh" to me.
