That's why I think it would have to be one very trusted fan. I bet there were any number of us that could have done it. Shoot, I would have read every book and made a set of index cards for notes to have had the pleasure, honor, and then they could have left me sealed in some vault in London until the thing came out.

I would have done it for nothing just knowing it was going to make the book the best book it could be. (at least I think I would have been willing to do it for nothing!)
