Default Re: The Astronomy Tower

Right..I stayed quiet about this long enough. Mostly because I've talked about it so much already. Take a peek at my previous posts anywhere. I've seen some of you going at it for a while now. So here's my two cents again.

I have never seen a killing curse blast someone off of their feet and into the air..like the one that DD was hit with. And I've seen them being cast by Voldemort amongst others. Its in the books.

Have you ever heard of a masked curse. The curse that has been seen most throwing people backwards and into the air is Expelliarmus(sp). There is a pretty sound theory that such an unspoken curse was hidden behind the killing curse said aloud by Snape so vehemently.

As for 'how good an actor do you think Snape is?'. We must be reading different books lol. Cause the ones I've read show Snape as a pretty good actor playing both sides the way he does.

Fawkes. The bird which sensed that Harry needed him when Harry was in the pits of the castle and it was in the Headmaster's chamber in the upper tiers. The bird that came from nowhere to the Ministry to aid Dumbledore against Voldemort of all people .. where it just happened to chow down an Avada Kedavra curse. Where in the world was this amazing bird when Snape came at DD with his own killing curse. I guess it just stuck around to cry a little aterwards 'cause it was sad that it always happened to be in the wrong place when someone it really cared for needed it and it can't really sense if its friends are in any real danger or not. The Phoenix song has healing features by the way.

Harry sensed that Fawkes had left. And I believe that Harry sensed right. His connection with the bird is strong. Could the bird have left with Dumbledore..did anyone see a body burn at the funeral?

I ask something new for a change. If a body can be transfigured into a bone? I'm talking about Crouch here. Those who read the books should know that. Can the reverse be done. Can any old object be transfigured into a body..a dead one? I believe the students were learning to turn tea kettles into turtles..or such..and they were live animals methinks.
