A little while ago, we had problems with spamming. To solve this issue, we made it so that new members could not post threads. The only exception should be in the Hogwarts Express, so that new members can introduce themselves. Unfortunately, that permission wasn't fixed when we made the switch.

I changed some things, and new members should be able to post in the Hogwarts Express now, but only in that one forum.

Please let me know if you're having any more trouble.
