Its a purely magical incantation in my language. Its out of our own folklore, and if I'm correct may be used to enchant people, or to bring people under your control, or to make wishes come true (now mainly make-belief and very popular with children). It is also used kinda like the way 'abra-ka-dabra' is used.

If I'm correct, "Tchu" means a command like "go", "hurry" or "fly." And "Mantar" or "Mantra" means "spell", "incantation" or "charm".

This is purely based on my own knowledge of the incantation and is up for further intrepretations if there are any.
