well.. Thats true that JKR is tricky.. but like you said i dont think snape was there.. just nothing in the books to support that thoery.
and Harry as an Accidental Horcrux.. i just dont think there is enough evidence to support that either. see my post in "Harry as a Horcrux"

Snape is innocent. Easy to hate but innocent.
I definitely think that Harry is an unintended horcrux or has one in him (confused is / has). There is evidence out there suggesting it. Evidence such as the almost identical resemblence as to how the diary (CoS) and the scar works - the diary being a horcrux. The way the scar hurts when it is activated as a medium. How Dumbledore had Harry study Occlumency to keep Vt out of his mind. Snape's not killing Harry (HBP) also may have been under the instructions of Vt suggesting that Voldemort MAY now know that Harry is a Horcrux. I still think Snape is innocent.
See my posts in "The Truth Behind The Scar" and "Harry as a Horcrux"
It may even be that Dumbledore had his own horcrux in his pheonix. Big doubt about that though.

I still cant see it.. How can he be accidental when there is no way to make an accidental Horcrux? I just dont see a any possible ways that this could happen.. From what i read in Harry Potter and the HBP. i beleive that Horcurxes are very hard to make and take a lot of consentratioin and power.. I dont think Voldemort had the consentration that night to make one.
