I dont think he's dead I definatly think it was planned. however I think it happend a bit earlier then planned I still think there were some things that dumbledore still need to do to get harry ready for what is yet to come.. but then again when has harry needed any preperation for anything..... I think he'll make a vital appearance in teh next book easily.. in one way or antoher
