Why couldn't you "just ACCIO" a horcrux?
Dumbledore didn't seem to think it was likely, but you never know... he let Harry try... He was NOT sure.
And since we now know what Dumbledore did not know -- that the horcrux wasn't there -- we still don't know for sure.
Another problem is that it would take more than "several minutes."
When Harry called for his broom in the third task (GoF) it took several minutes to travel from the castle to the quidditch pitch. If the horcruxes are coming from across the country... and if he doesn't have a clear image...
Nah.
Cool idea, but it's still not working.
Need more brain power, or is it a lost cause?
