I heard about him doing this also. I hope the cast from HP does not get the Start Wars curse where the public where only know them from being in Harry Potter. When I say Mark Hamill, the first thing most ppl sai he "Oh Luke from Stars Wars", I bet even half the ppl wont even know the real names - just oh that is Harry, Ron & Hermione.
