But wouldn't the ministry have worked out that there was magic happening to get them back to land from the hut on the rock? I'm doubting that the ministry would have expected Harry to be able to use a charm as well pulled off at that stage - since he didn't realize that the marvels he was able to pull off were actually magic. So wouldn't they have had to deduce that Hagrid was doing it? How did he get away with it?
